JELLY CUSTARD PARFAIT Delicious Recipe;

With its very easy and simple preparation, you can enjoy this fruitful and creamy dessert whenever you desire with your loved ones.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Empty the jelly sachet into a bowl.
  2. Pour the 2 cups of hot water and stir until dissolved.
  3. Place the empty cups tilted at 45 degree angle. A muffin tray works best for the desired angle.
  4. Pour the jelly into tilted cups. Set aside to cool in a room temperature. About 30 minutes later, rest for 3-4 hours in the fridge.
  5. Meanwhile, pour the custard powder into a saucepan. Add cold milk and sugar. Stir in low heat and mix well to avoid any lumps.
  6. After reaching the desired consistency, set aside to cool in room temperature. Rest for 2 hours in refrigerator.
  7. Take the rested custard out and mix in a blender to get a smooth and creamy consistency.
  8. Take the jelly cups and pour the custard on top of the diagonally layerred Jelly.
  9. Place strawberry marmelade or jam on top of the Jelly Custard Parfait.
  10. Serve chilled.

  • 1 sachet of Strawberry Flavored Jelly Dessert
  • 2 cups of Hot Water
  • 55 G of Granulated Sugar
  • 25 G of Vanilla Custard Powder
  • 2 cups of Cold Milk
  • Strawberry Jam / Marmelade
  • Empty Cups (for Parfait)
