DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160C.
  2. Add sugar and eggs in a bowl. Whish well.
  3. Add milk, oil, flour, baking powder and sugar vanilla and whisk with a mixer until the consistency is smooth enough.
  4. Seperate the bowl into 2 equal amounts. Add cocoa powder to one of them.
  5. Get the cake mould to start pouring the cake mixes. (22 cm diameter is the best)
  6. Start by pouring 3 ladles of each cake mix one by one.
  7. Once both the cake mixtures are emptied, place the cake mould into the oven.
  8. Cook for 35 minutes. Check the cake with a wooden skewer to make sure the inside is cooked enough.
  9. Serve chilled.

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • 1 Cup of Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Cups of Flour
  • 1 sachet of Baking Powder
  • 1 sachet of Sugar Vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
